1) How do I buy lions from Emplion?
First of all you will need a credit card and a registered paypal account. Surf through our website and to buy a lion simply click the paypal button. Check out by logging into your paypal account for payment. Payment can be done within 3 minutes. Its that simple!

2) How long does it take to send the lion to my home address?
All lions from Emplion comes with free worldwide home delivery. Be it orders from USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia or Asia, Emplion will send the lion to your doorstep.  
When we received your online order, an email confirmation will be send to you within 1 to 2 days. Delivery to your home will take 3 to 12 working days. During christmas peak season or public holidays, delivery may slow down a few days. Appreciate your kind understanding and patience during festive season. If you have a dateline to your order it is advisable to inform us in advance. Another suggestion is to buy your equipments a few weeks ahead so that you will have your equipments on time. 

3) The lion I wish to buy is sold, what can I do?
You can custom order. Simply click the $250 custom deposit button. We will email you and schedule the lion to be custom. Another email will be send to you when the lion is ready for viewing. Paypal the balance and we will send the lion to your home address. Very straight forward!

4) What if the lion I wish to buy do not have a $250 deposit link?
Email us and we will send you a paypal link to make the deposit. Very easy.

5) I like to custom a lion color which is not available in Emplion website, what should I do?
Send us these 8 info or photos of lion you wish to have. We will custom make for you.

7) Date needed for the custom lion. Usually custom lion will be ready within your choice of 3,6,12 months. If you have a dateline to your custom, it is advisable to inform us in advance.
