Q & A :

1) How do I buy lions or lion dance equipments from Emplion?
First of all you will need a credit card and a registered paypal account. Surf through our websites and to buy a lion, simply click the paypal payment button. Payment can be done within minutes.

2) How long does it take to send the order to my home address?
All Lions, equipments or orders above $21 from Emplion comes with free worldwide home delivery. Be it orders from USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and basically worldwide, Emplion will send the orders to your doorstep.  
After receiving your online order, we will send you an email confirmation of the payment. It will take 2 to 3 days to process your purchase.  Another 2 to 10 working days to get your purchase delivered to your home address. During year end peak period or public holidays, delivery may slow down a few days. Appreciate your kind understanding and patience during peak period delivery. If you have an urgent dateline to your purchase, it is advisable to inform us in advanced. Another suggestion is to buy your equipments a few weeks ahead so that you will have your equipments on time. 

3) The Lion which I wish to purchase is sold, what should I do?
If the lion have a $250 custom deposit paypal button. Simply click the button and send the deposit via paypal. We will schedule the lion to be custom made. Once the lion is ready within 2 to 3 months, During peak period custom order waiting may take up to 3 to 12 months. We will send you an email to paypal the lion balance and we will send the lion to your address.

4) What if the lion I wish to buy do not come with a $250 deposit link?
Send us an email with a picture of the lion that you wish to purchase from our website. We will send you a link to make the deposit payment.

5) If I like to custom order a lion color which is not available in Emplion site, what should I do?
Feel free to go through these 8 details. Email us the requirements of your lion. A custom deposit of $250 required to confirm your order.

6) How do i become an Emplion Store Member?                     Simply buy $1200 of equipments from Emplion to become Store Members. Accumulated receipts over the years is allowed. Members get to enjoy further 5% to 15% discounts on selected equipments. Selected equipments with Member price are indicated online.
